Hampton Inn Concord

The desk staff is amazing! We interacted with three different individuals. Each person was accommodating, friendly, and beyond helpful. We had a luggage snafu at the airport that left us with the wrong bag. One employee went above and beyond to be sure that we had what we needed until our bag could be retrieved. From helping with our bags to cheerfully greeting us, we felt welcomed and comfortable. We stayed in a room with a king sized bed. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There were great viewing options on the TV, which had apps such as Netflix that you could log in to watch. It was easy to adjust the thermostat to keep the room temperature comfortable. There’s a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The bathroom is spacious and has an easy to operate shower. All these things, coupled with the breakfast Buffett, make this an hotel that I know I will visit in the future. I think you should give it a try!

Two employees who were fantastic were Sonya and Paul. So friendly and helpful! Breakfast was better than average. I would have preferred some kind of potatoes.

The breakfast was good. I was just looking for some meat. Like sausages, ham or bacon. But, I didn’t found any. Hopefully next time.😊

New hotel. Good price. Location was perfect. The staff was great. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing experience the staff made me feel so at home during a sad time I wsd there for my dad's funeral.
