The food was nice and filling, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are very nice. It was quite easy for me to check in and check out when I needed to. The front doors have a security lock that can only be opened by the staff at the desk, or by one's key card, which makes one feel very safe. Apparently, the property is a new one. (Also, there IS a $50 deposit that is charged on check-in, and returned to you afterward).

The desk staff is amazing! We interacted with three different individuals. Each person was accommodating, friendly, and beyond helpful. We had a luggage snafu at the airport that left us with the wrong bag. One employee went above and beyond to be sure that we had what we needed until our bag could be retrieved. From helping with our bags to cheerfully greeting us, we felt welcomed and comfortable. We stayed in a room with a king sized bed. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There were great viewing options on the TV, which had apps such as Netflix that you could log in to watch. It was easy to adjust the thermostat to keep the room temperature comfortable. There’s a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The bathroom is spacious and has an easy to operate shower. All these things, coupled with the breakfast Buffett, make this an hotel that I know I will visit in the future. I think you should give it a try!

Hotel was nice. BOOKING.COM MADE THE WHOLE STAY A NIGHTMARE. DO NOT BOOK USING BOOKING.COM I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED AND UNABLE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE THAT COULD COMPREHEND ENGLISH. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CANCEL THE BOOKING SO I COULD PAY IN PERSON AS THEY WOULD NOT SENT PAYMENT CONFIRMATION TO THE HOTEL. I PAID IN PERSON AND THEY NEVER CANCELLED MY BOOKING SO I PAID TWICE.

The rooms are large and beds are super comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and community area to sit and take a break. The gym is well equipped and clean.

Staff was friendly. Every employee was friendly regardless of what time or where they were. That is rare. Location was excellent, rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was decent.

The Staff was Sooooo patient courteous and Very inviting to myself and sister! The Location and The Room Size was awesome!! Truly will recommend and return if we attend another Concert venue!! Thank you so much 🫶🏽
